Shipping Policy – Skin Valet Kuwait

Skin Valet Kuwait, powered by Flasho, delivers across all areas of Kuwait and to GCC countries.

Delivery inside Kuwait

🎁 Free standard delivery on orders above 25 KD inside Kuwait.

• Express orders placed after 6:00 PM are delivered the next working day.
• We do not deliver on Fridays. Orders placed on Thursday after 6:00 PM or on Friday are delivered from Saturday.
• Delivery times may be longer during public holidays, sales and big campaigns.

Delivery to GCC countries

We ship to Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Bahrain and Oman. Free GCC shipping on orders above 30 KD. For orders below 30 KD, the shipping fee and estimated delivery time are shown at checkout before you pay. Any customs duties or taxes in the destination country are paid by the customer.

Payment

You can pay by cash on delivery, KNET, Visa / Mastercard or Apple Pay.

Order confirmation

After you place an order you receive a confirmation by SMS, WhatsApp or email. Our team may contact you to confirm your address before delivery. Please make sure your phone number and address (area, block, street, house/building) are correct.

Failed or refused deliveries

If the driver cannot reach you, we will contact you to arrange a new delivery time. Customers who refuse a cash on delivery order without a valid reason may be restricted from future cash on delivery orders.

Damaged or wrong items

Please check your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, wrong or expired, contact us within 24 hours with photos. See our Return & Refund Policy.
