It uses nano glass technology with a fine micro-pattern surface to gently buff away dry, rough and hardened skin from the heels and soles, without aggressive scraping. The non-slip ergonomic grip works on both wet and dry skin, and the file is washable, compact and easy to store or travel with. It suits anyone with dry heels or light calluses who wants smoother feet at home. Baren Magic Glass Stone Foot File is available in Kuwait from Skin Valet at 6.750 KWD.
Skin Valet Kuwait is an authorized stockist of Baren. Every file is sourced through official distributors, never grey-market stock, so you receive the original product exactly as Baren supplies it.
A glass file works by fine abrasion. Each pass removes a thin layer of dead skin as a soft powder, so you control exactly how much comes off.
Unlike a typical pumice stone, which is porous, wears down and can trap residue, a glass file has a smooth, non-porous body that rinses clean and keeps its shape. And unlike a metal rasp, which can remove a lot of skin quickly and leave heels sore if you press too hard, this file is designed for gentle, controlled buffing. If you have thick, stubborn calluses, you can soften them first with a foot softener, then finish with the glass file for a smooth result.
In Kuwait, open sandals are worn for most of the year. Summer heat above 45°C, hot pavements, sand and fine dust all dry out the skin on the feet, and heels quickly become rough, thick and cracked-looking. Long hours in air-conditioning add to the dryness.
A gentle file used once or twice a week keeps that build-up under control, so heels stay smooth instead of needing a big salon session every few weeks. Follow every filing session with a rich moisturizer, for example the Mixa intensive body lotion for dry skin, to keep the skin soft. Explore more in our dry and dehydrated skin collection.
Go slowly and use light pressure. Healthy skin should never feel sore after filing.
Use it once or twice a week, or as needed. Do not use it on broken, cracked-open, inflamed or infected skin, and stop if an area becomes tender. If you have diabetes or poor circulation in your feet, ask your doctor or a podiatrist before using any foot file. Keep the file dry between uses and store it away from hard surfaces, as it is made of glass.
Key features: nano glass filing surface with a fine micro-pattern, non-slip grip, wet or dry use, washable and reusable, about 90g.
Best for: dry, rough heels, light to moderate calluses, regular at-home foot maintenance, and anyone who finds metal rasps too harsh.
Less ideal for: very thick, deep calluses on their own; soften them first. Browse more gentle exfoliation in our Korean exfoliators in Kuwait and the wider Korean skincare Kuwait collection.
It is gentler. A glass file with a fine surface buffs away dry skin gradually instead of shaving or scraping it, so it is less likely to leave skin raw. Metal files remove thick calluses faster but need more care. Many people use glass for regular maintenance.
Yes. Baren designed it for use on both wet and dry skin. Many people find dry or slightly damp skin easiest to buff, since the dead skin comes away as a fine powder that you can rinse off afterwards.
